We do not have an exit clock.
Our track record is built on patient ownership, disciplined sourcing, and a search for the best long-term home for every company we partner with. We do not chase exits to meet a fund deadline; we transition companies when they are ready, and only to owners who will continue their development.
Our exits have gone to international industrial groups like Sandvik and the HARTING family: buyers who preserve Swiss identity, retain employees, and continue the company's trajectory.
Over more than 10 years, we have reviewed 4,000+ investment opportunities, completed 10 majority and 40 minority investments, and deployed around CHF 300 million of equity. 3 majority exits to date — Sphinx, Studer Cables, and Ilag — within 20+ successful exits lifetime. Returns ranged from a 2.7x to 6.7x multiple of invested capital, with annualised returns of 40% to 250%; each company was transferred to the owner best equipped to carry it into its next phase of development.
