Nadya Steiner is an Investment Director at Helvetica Capital and, as a member of the Executive Board, responsible for the legal affairs of the company. Between 2010 and 2013, Nadya Steiner supported the development of the investment portfolio of Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital Ltd. and in this context executed several transactions in diverse industries. After being employed as a Junior Associate at Lenz & Staehelin from 2013 to 2015, she has worked for Helvetica Capital since its inception. Nadya Steiner gained further professional experience at KPMG as an auditor for SMEs and international companies in the areas of trade, industries and services. Nadya Steiner holds a master's degree in Accounting & Finance (M.A.) and a master's degree in Law (M.A.) from the University of St. Gallen. In 2016, she also qualified for the Swiss bar.

Philipp Bucher is an Investment Director with Helvetica Capital. Previously, he worked for four years at Alantra, where he advised on diverse M&A mandates with a focus on Swiss mid-cap companies. Prior to joining Alantra, Philipp Bucher worked as a Financial Analyst in the Private Equity Secondaries team at Partners Group. Philipp Bucher holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A.) and a master's degree in Accounting & Finance (M.A.) from the University of St. Gallen.

Georgette Schmid is an Investment Manager at Helvetica Capital. Georgette started her professional career in the consumer goods industry with DKSH (Hong Kong) Ltd. focusing on business development and marketing for the China, Hong Kong and Macau area. Thereafter, Georgette worked three years for Dusit International in Bangkok, where she helped developing a new hotel brand and thereafter managed the brand's investment and development division worldwide. Georgette holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.

Martin Kamml is an Investment Manager at Helvetica Capital AG. He previously worked as an M&A advisor at the Zurich office of Houlihan Lokey, advising on M&A transactions in the healthcare sector. Before joining Helvetica Capital AG, he gained further professional experience in private equity at Altor Equity Partners and as a management consultant at KPMG and Accenture in Zurich. Martin Kamml holds a Master of Science in Finance from King's College London.

Doris Amato has many years of experience as an Executive Assistant at the C-level and as a Head Office Manager in various companies, including Lazard Ltd and Fisch Asset Management in Zurich. In those roles, she was responsible for all office operations and supported the executive management in various areas. Additionally, Doris served as a member of the board for the VZ Occupational Pension Foundation.

Jennifer Wellauer Oechslin has many years of experience in administration, operations, and executive support. Before joining Helvetica Capital, she held leadership positions in administration and office management within the financial services and sports sectors. Drawing on her broad organizational expertise, strong service orientation, and attention to detail, she supports the team and the Chairman's Office in ensuring efficient and professional day-to-day operations. Jennifer holds a degree in Business Administration (lic. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
