Established Swiss companies with a proven business model and clear competitive strengths. Revenue base of approximately CHF 15m and a minimum of around CHF 4m EBITDA. We favour businesses with recurring revenues and long-standing customer relationships.
Geography & sectors
Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Industry-agnostic, with a primary focus on industrial businesses, particularly those with a strong service component.
Situations
Succession, growth, management buyouts (MBO/MBI), corporate carve-outs, and special situations. Experienced management, or situations where transitional or new leadership support is needed.
Equity stance
Majority investments without a fixed holding period. We stay as long as it makes strategic sense for the business and our investors.
