Schulthess continues expansion and acquires the Solasa Group

Schulthess acquired the Solasa Group in mid-October 2023, adding the three brands Maire, Lavorent, and Wyser. The Solasa Group is a Swiss provider in the sale and maintenance of household appliances, as well as the operation of turnkey laundry rooms for property owners and property managers.

Solasa Group operates four Swiss locations with 75 employees. Services include custom solutions for property owners, investors, and facility managers. Schulthess now employs over 600 staff members globally.

The acquisition combines washing technology with integrated payment systems and comprehensive services. Both companies share sustainability commitments through water and energy conservation and equipment refurbishment programs, aligning with circular economy principles and the “Go clean. Go green” initiative.
